Marty has several years of legal experience dealing with various legal issues. He graduated from California Western School of Law in 2006. Soon after he was admitted to the Iowa bar in 2007 and then soon opened his own practice to serve the small town until he moved to Florida where he is now admitted to the bar since 2012.

Before becoming an attorney, Marty was in the business world for more than ten years. His well-rounded experience has helped him develop the skills he needs to find solutions to difficult problems for business owners.

Marty has been providing legal services for families and small businesses for several years. He focuses on helping small business owners and families plan to make sure their loved ones are taken care of.

The Circle of Life Legal Services can assist with different stages of business and family that includes start-up businesses, transfer of wealth on death, and transfer of the business.

Marty’s estate planning service focuses primarily on working with families who have minors. We build a plan that protects the entire family but focus on the kids when developing it. It is very important that you do some basic estate planning so that you’re able to provide for your children if something were to happen to you. Some of the things you need to think about are who do you want to take care of your children when you’re gone? Who do you want to manage the assets from your estate? Have you thought of this yet?

The Circle of Life Legal team can also help you in other aspects of your life. If you are dealing with a divorce, time-sharing and child support services are available and personalized according to the needs of each individual client. Most people find these times the most challenging. Marty is committed to helping you understand your legal options and is ready to guide you through them.
